Serge Garavini is an experienced project manager with a strong background in leading complex projects within the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Asia Divestment Programme Lead at Aviva since March 2022, Serge is responsible for overseeing multiple market divestment initiatives. Previous roles include ownership of Garavini Consulting Ltd, and project management positions at Diligenta, LV= General Insurance, AXA, AXA PPP Healthcare, and others, where Serge successfully managed significant initiatives such as GDPR compliance and migration of insurance policies. Serge holds a BSc (Hons) in Informatics from the University of Portsmouth.
