Gary S. serves as the Head of Risk Analytics at Gallagher since August 2024, bringing extensive experience in quantitative risk management. Prior roles include Manager of Risk Analytics at CS Energy, where Gary managed a team and specialized in energy and financial risk modeling, and Senior Quantitative Analyst at Aurizon, focusing on risk pricing and market uncertainty analysis. Additional experience encompasses research in neurogenetics at the UQ Queensland Brain Institute and as a Risk Analytics Consultant at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Gary holds a PhD in Astrophysics and Statistics, a Master's degree in Statistics, and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Queensland.
