Colin Rooney is a Partner in the Technology Group at Arthur Cox, where Colin specializes in data privacy, freedom of information, social media, information technology, and e-business matters since joining the firm in 2002. Colin has also served as a Member of the European Advisory Board at the International Association of Privacy Professionals from January 2014 to December 2015. Colin holds an LLM in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary, University of London, a Diploma in Legal Studies from Technological University Dublin, a Higher Diploma in Information Technology from Maynooth University, and a BA in History and English from Trinity College Dublin.
