Elizabeth Stephens (Molnar) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Director of National Special Events at the Arthritis Foundation since February 2023. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at the National Hemophilia Foundation, including Senior Manager of Chapter Advancement, Manager of Chapter Advancement, Manager of Chapter Development & Fundraising, National Walk Manager, and Annual Giving Manager. From 2015 to 2017, Elizabeth worked as the Manager of Field Development at Autism Speaks. Before that, they gained experience as an Account Executive at Mac Strategies Group, Inc. and as an Assistant Account Executive at Jasculca/Terman & Associates. Elizabeth began their career as an Intern at Murphy Knott Public Relations and also served as a Campaign Intern at the St. Joseph County Republican Party. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership, client relations expertise, media outreach skills, event management ability, and strong organizational capabilities.

Elizabeth Stephens (Molnar) obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary's College between 2007 and 2011. During this period, they pursued a double major in mass communications and political science.
