Robin Sellars is an experienced quality leader in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Director of Quality at Arthrex since December 2018, where Robin played a key role in establishing the company’s greenfield manufacturing facility in South Carolina. Prior to this position, Robin spent nearly two decades at Bausch + Lomb, culminating as the Director of Quality, with a focus on sterile contact lens solutions. This tenure included significant accomplishments in quality system compliance, leading a facility turnaround that achieved zero external audit findings. Earlier experience includes senior quality engineering roles at Ideas for Medicine, where Robin contributed to the qualification of manufacturing facilities and regulatory compliance efforts. Robin holds a Master's Degree in Jurisprudence related to Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Law and Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a BS in Chemical Sciences from Florida State University.
