Natalie Matos is a Senior Design Quality Engineer at Arthrex since January 2023, with extensive experience in the medical device field. Previously employed as a Senior Design Engineer at Accelus and as a Design Quality Engineer and Development Engineer at Smith+Nephew, Natalie has contributed to ensuring compliance with quality standards and optimizing device performance. Natalie started in the industry as an Associate Automation Engineer at Veridia Diagnostics and held positions at Schiller Americas as both a Patient Monitor Specialist and a Product Specialist, involving maintenance, training, and quality inspection of medical devices.
