Mark A. Watkins has extensive experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Biologics Manager at Arthrex since November 2014. Recognized for outstanding performance, Mark has received multiple accolades including Agency Manager of the Year in 2024 and 2023, as well as National Biologics Newcomer of the Year in 2022. Prior to Arthrex, Mark worked at AstraZeneca as a Regional Sales Specialist, achieving top 1% sales performance in 2011 and leading a team of six. Mark's career began at Diamondback Newspaper, where significant revenue growth was achieved under management. Mark holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Strategic Innovation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Cell Biology & Molecular Genetics from the University of Maryland.
