Jeff Lee is an accomplished Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Arthrex since August 2017, where leadership involves guiding multiple engineering teams to enhance product yields and process efficiencies. Previously, Jeff served as the Director of Operations at Triumph Aerostructures, managing factory operations to ensure timely deliveries and quality. A strong background in continuous improvement was established as Engineering Manager at Precision Castparts, generating significant cost savings. Earlier roles at Bell Helicopter included leading ERP systems as a Master Black Belt and developing new product initiatives in R&D.
