Ivan Duke T. Talita is an accomplished professional in commercial leasing and business development with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Associate Director for Commercial Leasing and Sales at ARTHALAND since May 2022, Ivan has previously held significant roles at Altus Capital Partners (Asia) as both Consultant and Associate Director for Channel Sales, and as Director of Business Development for Peak Hospitality Solutions in the Philippines. Ivan's experience also includes senior management positions at Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. and Greenfield Development Corporation, as well as a managerial role at KMC Savills, Inc. and a foundational position at CBRE. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management from the University of St. La Salle, earned between 2003 and 2007.
