In 2015, they were a Summer Intern for Square 1 Bank in the Technology Investing department. In 2016, they were a Marketing employee at Harmless Harvest. In 2017, they were a Sales Strategy Associate at WebMD. Finally, in 2018, they were a Co-Founder at Artet.

Maxwell Spohler attended Trinity School from 2008 to 2012, and then Colgate University from 2013 to 2017.
