Oksana Tovstonog is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and logistics, currently serving as the Procurement Department Manager at Arterium since November 2009. In this role, Oksana is responsible for supplier research, contract preparation and negotiation, project implementation support, and the assessment of new projects. Oksana's prior position as a Procurement and Logistic Economist involved procuring raw materials, conducting tenders, and managing import logistics. Oksana's career began at IDS, where responsibilities included office management and client relations. Oksana holds two Master's degrees from Cherkasy State Technological University in Applied Linguistics and Project Management, completed between 2003 and 2008.
