Victor Patterson has over 25 years of experience in operations and plant supervision, currently serving in an operations role at ARTERIORS Home since September 2017. Previously, Victor held the position of Plant Superintendent at Lear Corporation from November 1999 to August 2017, overseeing daily plant activities and ensuring a safe working environment for 625 union employees. Prior to that, Victor worked as a Chassis Supervisor at Tower Automotive from February 1993 to November 1999, directly supervising a chassis assembly line with 72 union employees. Victor's educational background includes studies at Northwood from 2017 to 2021, Upper Iowa University from 2000 to 2002, and Rock Valley College from 1986 to 1988.
