Holly MacTaggart is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources & Sustainability at Arterex, Holly oversees global HR management and spearheads sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at USGC, where talent and culture strategies were established for a start-up medical device company, and Global VP of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources at Metrica, Inc., providing leadership in HR functions. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive HR Consultant at HR Solutions, Vice President of International Human Resources at Acelity, and various senior HR positions at Tempur-Sealy International Inc., Humana, and Dell. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Penn State University.
