Alok Karnik is a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Artera since March 2022, contributing to the WELL patient engagement platform that facilitates secure communication between healthcare systems and patients. Prior to this role, Alok served as a Senior Software Engineer at WideOrbit, developing features for ad marketplaces. Alok's experience at Microsoft (2015-2019) includes work on OneDrive and SharePoint's operational intelligence platform, as well as leading various engineering initiatives within the company. Alok's early career saw a Technical Lead position at Symantec focusing on Windows network services. Alok holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Washington and two Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and Savitribai Phule Pune University.
