Noah Rickolt is a seasoned professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Acquisitions & Asset Management at Artemis Real Estate Partners since August 2022, following a tenure as an Associate in the same area. Prior to this role, Noah held the position of Associate in Real Estate Acquisitions at The Carlyle Group from July 2020 to August 2022 and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies from July 2018 to June 2020. Noah began an investment banking career with Jefferies as a Summer Analyst in 2017 and also gained experience as an intern at Aalto Invest UK Ltd. Earlier, Noah demonstrated leadership and instructional skills as the Head Sailing and Waterskiing Instructor at Davidson College, where a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in Applied Mathematics was earned. Noah further enhanced business acumen with a Certificate in Business Fundamentals with Honors from the McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia and completed secondary education at St. Andrew's School.
