Sheenagh Dougall is a strategic leader with extensive experience in operations and asset management. Sheenagh currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at Artemis Investment Management, overseeing operations supporting over £25bn AUM in the UK and Lux. Prior to this, Sheenagh held various leadership positions at Santander Asset Management UK, where Sheenagh played a key role in driving business transformation and program management of change. Sheenagh also has a background in audit and assurance services for asset managers and life insurers. Sheenagh holds a degree in Chartered Accountancy and has pursued further education at Harvard Business School Online and the Institute of Directors.
