Milicent Armstrong is the founder of Artemis Design Co. with previous experience as a Commercial Account Executive at Patriot Energy Group and as a Lab Technician and Display Manager at Le Labo. Milicent holds a Master of Interior Design from Boston Architectural College and a Bachelor of Art History, French Language and Literature from Rollins College.
