Roberto Moutinho is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and technology within the adhesives industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Performance Consultoria & Negocios since January 2012, Roberto also holds the position of Technology Manager at ARTECOLA INDUSTRIAS QUIMICAS LTDA since September 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing adhesives technology. Previously, Roberto worked as a Product Manager at Henkel of America from 1998 to 2008, focusing on adhesives technology for original equipment manufacturers in the automotive and white goods sectors. Roberto's career began as a Plant Manager at Tirreno Ind. e Com de derivados plásticos Ltda from 1990 to 1998. Roberto holds a degree in Chemistry from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1985) and an MBA in Administration and Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (1990).
