Samantha Long is an experienced Account Representative at Artcraft Promotional Concepts since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing a high-volume workload, fulfilling customer requests, and facilitating product trading via computer networks, while also handling numerous incoming and outgoing calls. Prior to this role, Samantha served as a Sales Associate at Pier 1 Imports from November 2013 to February 2016, managing inventory shipments, fulfilling customer requests, assembling products, and overseeing inventory displays. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Wilmington University, attended from 2013 to 2015, and graduated with a diploma from Camden Catholic High School in 2009.
