Richard Combe is an experienced professional in project and asset management, currently serving as the Manager of Integration at ARTC since May 2010. Prior roles at ARTC include Senior Project Manager for Integration on the Inland Rail project and Asset Strategy Manager. Prior to ARTC, Richard worked as Engineering Manager at Opto Global from May 2007 to April 2010, and as Project Director at KBR from August 2005 to May 2007. Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from the University of South Australia, completed between 1985 and 1989.
