Erika Marsili has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership across various organizations. At MacPherson's, since November 2000, Erika has managed customer needs, including orders, returns, and problem-solving, while fostering long-term relationships with buyers and customers. Prior to this role, Erika served as Team Lead Supervisor at Pitney Bowes from 1997 to 2000, overseeing mail and copy services for Marin General Hospital and Novato Community Hospital, where responsibilities included managing copiers and training staff. Erika's career began as an Office Assistant at Fireplace Safety Services from 1992 to 1997, where duties included scheduling appointments, payroll, and bookkeeping. Erika studied at San Francisco State University between 1989 and 1991 and graduated from Terra Linda High School in 1989.
