Paul Becker began their work experience as the Founder & CEO of Art Money in 2015. Art Money is a global fin-tech company that facilitates the purchase of art through its unique business model. Becker successfully partnered with over 1,500 galleries worldwide, expanding its reach to buyers in the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to their involvement with Art Money, Becker founded and served as the CEO of 10 Group, an Australian company focused on art engagement through publishing and events, starting in 1990. During this time, Becker launched Art Money in Australia and New Zealand before shifting their focus to the global rollout of the company. In addition, Becker served as the CEO of Art Month Sydney from 2011 to 2015, where they established the festival as an important event in the city's cultural calendar and significantly increased engagement with contemporary art.

Paul Becker completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from UNSW from the year 1980 to 1982. Prior to that, they attended North Sydney Boys High School, although no specific dates or degrees were mentioned for this period.
