Toby Monk serves as the Global Recruitment & Engagement Director at Christie's, a position held since August 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing the recruiting function, managing the employer brand, and leading early careers talent programs and employee engagement initiatives. Monk is also the Chair of the 'Art + Soul' CSR team for EMEA and a founding member of the Diversity & Inclusion working group. Previous roles at Christie's include Global Recruitment Lead and Recruitment Director for EMEA. Prior to Christie's, Monk held director and consulting positions at Change Accountancy and Finance Ltd, Huntress, and established Language Services Worldwide, which expanded internationally and won significant contracts. Additionally, Monk founded Socac UK, an outsourced social activities firm. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Cranfield University and a BA in Economics and Social History from the University of Kent.
