Josh Jackman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Josh currently holds the position of Operations Director at ART Health Solutions since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Principal Science Consultant from January 2020 to January 2022 and as the Senior Science Consultant from August 2018 to January 2020, both at ART Health Solutions.

Before joining ART Health Solutions, Josh worked as a Doctoral Researcher at Middlesex University from April 2015 to April 2019. Josh also gained valuable experience at GSK, where they served as a PhD Student from April 2015 to May 2017 and as an Associate Scientist from September 2014 to April 2015. During their time at GSK, Josh conducted research projects, produced consumer-facing content, provided scientific support to elite athletes, and maintained laboratory operating procedures.

Josh's early career involved serving as a Games Maker at LOCOG (London Organising Committee of the Olympic & Paralympic Games) from July 2012 to September 2012.

Josh Jackman's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Nottingham Trent University. Josh pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport and Exercise Science, which they completed in 2013. Following this, they furthered their education at the same institution, Nottingham Trent University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology between 2013 and 2014.

In 2015, Josh joined Middlesex University to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Exercise Physiology. Josh completed this doctoral program in 2019, marking the culmination of their formal education.

In addition to their academic achievements, Josh has obtained several certifications. In April 2019, they received the Chartered Scientist designation from the Science Council. Josh also acquired the BASES Accredited Sport & Exercise Scientist certification from BASESUK in the same month. Furthermore, in September 2020, they obtained the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from the ILX Group.
