Jonas Scheer is a Computer Vision Engineer at Arspectra since April 2023, with extensive experience in software engineering as a freelancer since March 2022. Previous roles include Entwicklungsingenieur at ARRI, where contributions focused on camera systems from September 2017 to February 2022, and a Research Assistant position at Intel Visual Computing Institute, specializing in 3D Reconstruction and VR applications from June 2016 to June 2017. Jonas also completed a Master’s thesis at Max Planck Institute for Informatics on visual SLAM, and an internship at Intel Corporation, concentrating on computer vision algorithms. Early career experiences include a Bachelor's thesis at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz and a high school internship at IBE Gmbh & Co. KG, focusing on software development. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universität des Saarlandes, completed in 2016.
