Jeff Platt is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in restaurant operations and kitchen management. Currently serving as a Private Chef since May 2018, Jeff also holds the position of Director of Operations at American Restaurant Holdings Inc. since June 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing operations for six fast-casual restaurants and enhancing sales through community engagement. As Executive Chef at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club since July 2009, Jeff spearheaded efforts to elevate golf course cuisine in Orange County and managed all kitchen functions. Previous roles include Sous Chef at Montage Hotels & Resorts, where menu development was a key focus, Chef at Tabu Grill, responsible for staffing and food profitability, and Line Cook at Napa Rose, learning from renowned chefs. Jeff's culinary education was completed at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena.
