Cameron Fan AU is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as the Director of Underwriting & Business Development at Arrowhead Programs since 2018. In this role, Cameron formulates and implements strategies for profitable growth across multiple programs in the Clear Risk & Clear Arrow Division, including public entities and tribes. Previously, as a Managing Underwriter, Cameron led a team dedicated to achieving high retention rates and exceeding new business targets through strong relationships with agents and brokers. Cameron also held the position of Lead Field Underwriter, focusing on commercial accounts in California. Prior experience includes roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Commercial Underwriter and Senior Commercial Claim Examiner, and at Progressive Insurance as a Claims Generalist. Cameron holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Statistics from San Diego State University.
