Jim McGinnis is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. since March 2018, Jim focuses on enhancing development processes for legacy Java web applications. Previously, as a Senior Software Developer at Networkfleet, Inc., Jim led a team on the Global Platform project, successfully transitioning to open-source solutions to reduce costs. Prior experiences include developing IT performance monitoring software at Hewlett-Packard, enhancing branch teller systems at Union Bank, and maintaining back-office supply chain systems at Furnishnet.
