Despina Messologitis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Database Developer and Business Systems Analyst at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. since January 2018, Despina has demonstrated expertise in database management and systems analysis. Previous experience at Sikorsky from January 2013 to August 2017 included roles as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities involved supporting AOG requirements, implementing CRM systems, and overseeing customer service operations, as well as leading the SAP integration for top customer accounts. Early career experience includes managing a team of ten as a Delivery Assurance Team Lead and working as a bartender in various restaurants. Despina holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology with minors in Writing and Women's Studies from Eastern Connecticut State University, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
