Billy Wagner has a diverse work experience history. Billy started working at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union in 2004, where they held various roles such as Home Equity Loan Processor, Internet Services Representative, Call Center Systems Specialist, Assistant Manager of Collections, and Business Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as managing techincal operations, developing staffing models, streamlining operations, and assisting members with their online banking needs. In 2012, they transitioned to Arrowhead Credit Union as the Vice President of Efficiency & Analysis. Here, they oversee multiple departments and projects, including online banking implementation and data analytics overhaul.

Billy Wagner attended the University of Southern California from 1999 to 2003. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
