Stephen Goodwillie is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as a Service Technician at Arrowhead BMW since November 2018. Previously, Stephen owned Summit Motor Werks from December 2017 to November 2018, emphasizing quality repairs and customer satisfaction while reducing costs. Prior roles include BMW Master Technician at Hendrick Automotive Group (2016 - January 2017), Level 1 Technician at BMW of North Scottsdale (2010 - 2015), and Service Technician at Baron BMW (2005 - 2010). Stephen is a graduate of the BMW STEP program and holds an Associate of Science degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from Wyotech-Laramie, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Metropolitan Community College-Blue River.
