Stephanie Hood is a human resources professional with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. Stephanie is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Arrow Senior Living Management, a position they have held since August 2020. Prior to that, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at Arrow Senior Living Management from September 2019 to August 2020, and before that, the Business Office Director at Journey Senior Living of Valparaiso from July 2018 to February 2020. Stephanie began their career in 2008 as a Therapy Coordinator/Home Health & Hospice Aide at the Visiting Nurse Association of NWI and has held various positions in human resources and management since then.
