Kris Vallera is an experienced technician and field service manager with a career spanning over two decades in the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Field Service Manager at Arrow International, Inc. since February 2022, Kris has also held positions as a Field Engineer. Prior roles include Field Service Technician at AGS - American Gaming Systems from August 2019 to March 2023, and a long tenure at WMS Gaming from 2002 to 2019, where Kris worked as a WMS Tech. Kris Vallera graduated from Wellsville High School, completing studies from 1991 to 1995.
