Bryan O'Connor is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and business development within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Director and CFO of Arrow Global Group in Ireland since April 2021, Bryan has also held the position of Commercial Director at the same company. Prior experience includes leading business development efforts at Link Group and serving as Associate Director at Capita, focusing on case management. Bryan's career began at IBRC, where significant expertise was developed in commercial real estate lending and recoveries. Bryan holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Professional Accountancy from UCL and a BA in Economics from University College Dublin, as well as being a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
