Adonis Escobar is an experienced engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo, earned between 1999 and 2006. With a career spanning over 17 years, Adonis has worked at Arrow Engine and Compression Company since November 2018 as an Engineer, focusing on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques. Previously, Adonis served as a Job Connection Specialist at Goodwill Industries of Tulsa from June 2017 to October 2018. Adonis began with CVG Alucasa, where roles included Industrial Engineer from May 2006 to January 2016 and Quality Engineer from May 2006 to July 2008, emphasizing cost reduction, waste minimization, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement through technical analysis and root cause analysis.
