Michael Oberhardt is an experienced geologist with a strong background in coal seam gas exploration and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Planning Operations Geologist at Arrow Energy since January 2017, Michael liaises with stakeholders to optimize wellpaths while effectively communicating non-technical constraints to the Well Delivery team. Previous roles include Operations Geologist and Principal Geologist at Arrow Energy, where responsibilities involved real-time drilling data interpretation, field development planning, and well proposal writing. As a Principal at Rockhound Consulting, Michael developed training programs for Bangladesh's Petrobangla and organized field trips to showcase Australian CSG development. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Queensland University of Technology.
