Fredrick Pifer, PMP®, currently serves as the Underground Construction Superintendent at Arrow Construction since January 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling personnel for underground construction projects. Previously, Pifer held the role of Assistant General Manager and Senior Project Manager at Praxis Associates from 2011 to 2015, overseeing the NTIA funded Digital 395 Middle Mile Project. Educational qualifications include multiple certificates in Project Management from Villanova University and a Master's Degree in Technology Management from Golden Gate University, among other credentials. Pifer's extensive career began at Southwestern Bell Corporation, where various management roles provided foundational experience in project management.
