Alejandro Perez Melian serves as an Asset Manager at Arrow Capital Partners since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alejandro worked at Engel & Völkers Capital AG from November 2021 to July 2023, specializing in real estate investment, particularly in providing mezzanine financing for development projects and land acquisitions in the Spanish market. Alejandro also gained experience at Alantra as an Analyst from September 2018 to June 2021, focusing on advisory services for Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolios. Earlier, Alejandro completed a summer internship at Alantra in June and July 2017 and another internship in the Risk division at Bankinter in June and July 2016. Alejandro holds a degree from CUNEF Universidad (2014-2018) and studied at the Paris School of Business during the 2016-2017 academic year.
