Jack (Jian) Huang is a seasoned professional in drug safety and pharmacovigilance, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance at Arrivent Biopharma since July 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Genentech as Principal Medical Director and Sr. Safety Science Leader focused on Early Clinical Development in Oncology, as well as leadership positions at Nektar Therapeutics and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Jack's extensive career spans over two decades, beginning as a Specialist at the University of California, Berkeley, and includes contributions to pharmaceutical safety strategy in multiple organizations. Jack holds a Doctor of Medical Science degree in Occupational and Environmental Medicine from Nagoya University and an M.D. from Peking University Health Science Center.
