Erik Loeding has extensive work experience in the logistics industry. Erik started their career as a Sales Executive at C.H. Robinson in 1999 and eventually became a Manager-Sales, leading the Outside Sales Team and generating revenue for a top office. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Global Strategic Account Manager, where they focused on account development, optimization, and continuous process improvement. Erik then became a Sales Manager, coaching and leading the Western Region at Robinson's Seattle Office. In 2015, Loeding joined FreightPros as a Director of Sales, specializing in third-party logistics and creating quality freight experiences. Currently, they hold the same position at Arrive Logistics, a modern freight brokerage that prioritizes customer service and technology.

Erik Loeding obtained a BA degree in Business from Ferris State University in the period between 1994 and 1998. In addition, Erik has obtained certifications in "Improving Your Listening Skills" and "How to Speak So People Want to Listen" from LinkedIn in 2022.
