Lucy Pepper is the founder and Director of Arrival Design, a creative digital agency in Hull that specializes in high-end websites, branding, and digital marketing for businesses of all sizes. With a career beginning as a Customer Services Executive at Indigo Internet from May 1999 to May 2005, Lucy has cultivated extensive experience in the digital sector. Lucy holds a BA (hons) in Leisure Management from Leeds Beckett University, which was earned between 1994 and 1997.
