Ayushi Kaushik has a diverse work experience in the field of interior design and architecture. Ayushi is currently working as a Community Manager at Arrivae since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Project Lead at Crysp Interior Design from July 2019 to March 2022. Ayushi also worked as a Project Manager at Hammer & Tongs from August 2014 to July 2019. Before that, they served as an Interior Designer at Geographics Interior Pvt. Ltd. (Nivasa) from December 2012 to July 2014 and as an Interior Designer at HINDWARE HOME RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED from February 2011 to December 2012. Ayushi began their career as an Architectural Assistant at Anand Bansal & Associates - India from May 2010 to January 2011.

Ayushi Kaushik began their education in 1992 at Modern Public School in Sector 37, Faridabad. Ayushi studied there until 2004, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during this period. In 2006, Ayushi enrolled at the Government Polytechnic for Women, where they pursued a degree in Architecture and specialized in the field of Architecture. Ayushi completed their education at the Polytechnic in 2009.
