Eline Odnes has a diverse work experience in various roles. Eline started their career in 2015 as a Cashier at Lefdal Elktromarked. In 2016, they worked as a Social Worker at Baerum Municipality, where they facilitated and assisted people with disabilities in their daily chores at a co-located housing treatment facility.
