Steve Connolly is the current CEO at Arriba Technologies. Steve has over 25 years of experience in the refrigeration industry. Steve started their career at GEA Group as a Product Manager for Reciprocating Compressors. Steve then moved to Johnson Controls as a Project Manager for industrial refrigeration contracts. In 2002, they became the Head of Project Delivery at J & E Hall International, where they managed construction and delivery of cooling systems for various Royal Navy vessels and the Queen Mary 2. In May 2003, they joined Arriba Cooltech Ltd as Managing Director. Steve has led Arriba to become one of the world’s largest suppliers of industrial cooling solutions.

Steve Connolly has a post-graduate diploma in computer science from Anglia Ruskin University, a master's in business administration from Cass Business School, and a higher national diploma in mechanical engineering from Middlesex University. Steve also went to Thetford Grammar School.
