James Zilliox has over 25 years of experience in sales and operations. James began their career in 1997 as an Account Executive at Ingram Micro. In 2008, they joined Juniper Networks as a HQ Sales & Operations and Global Channel Sales & Operations. In 2018, they were promoted to Major Account Manager at Juniper Networks. In 2021, they moved to DRIVENETS as the Director of Business Operations - Americas. James currently holds the position of Director of Inside Sales & Operations at Arrcus, Inc.

James Zilliox attended Canisius College from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a BA and Graduate Studies in Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics and History.
