Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store focused on organic products for personal and environmental care. In addition to this role, Mariana has worked as a Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, providing nutrition consulting at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, specializing in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food.
