Anthonia Joseph has a diverse range of work experience in the field of project management and design. Anthonia started their career as an Architectural Draftsman intern at Segun Oriola and Associates in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Architectural Intern at GYB Consults, where they focused on AutoCAD details, signage designs, and shop drawings for construction projects.

In 2016, Anthonia joined SW Limited as a Project Coordinator and Architect. Anthonia coordinated a research and development team and collaborated with a technical team to develop schematic designs and detailed drawings for a proposed university project. Anthonia'sefforts contributed to the company winning a competitive bid.

Anthonia joined Grant Quartermaine in 2017 as a Project Intern. In this role, they led quality control inspections of furniture production and conducted research on new materials and methodologies for furniture design to improve customer satisfaction.

From 2018 to 2023, Anthonia worked at Micdee, initially as a Project Coordinator and Designer. Anthonia collaborated with the team to collect client requirements, prepare creative designs, and oversee the prototype and implementation process. Anthonia also monitored project progress and communicated updates to ensure quality and cost alignment.

At Micdee, they later took on the role of Head of Projects (Team lead) and Project Manager. As Head of Projects, Anthonia served as a primary point of contact for clients, conducted brief-taking sessions, and facilitated project sprints. As a Project Manager, they directed project activities, prepared project plans, and tracked expenses and timelines. Anthonia also implemented actions to mitigate possible dependencies and obstacles.

Anthonia's most recent work experience is as a Project Manager at Array Marketing, starting in 2023.

Anthonia Joseph completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Architecture from Covenant University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Architecture from the same university, studying from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their educational background, Anthonia Joseph has also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2023. Furthermore, they hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, acquired in December 2020.
