Corey LeBlanc is an experienced technology and operations executive with a strong background in digital innovation and cybersecurity. As Co-Founder and COO/CTO at Locality Bank since December 2020, Corey has been instrumental in shaping the bank's operational and technological strategies. In addition, Corey serves on the Advisory Board at Array and previously contributed to the Client Advisory Board at MX, focusing on financial wellness tools. Corey's tenure at Origin Bank as Chief Digital and Innovation Officer involved leading organizational innovation strategies and overseeing digital product development. Prior experience includes key roles in the United States Air Force, where Corey managed infrastructure and security with a Top Secret Security Clearance. Corey holds a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from TUI University.
