Ruben Barela possesses extensive experience in supply chain management, having held multiple leadership roles at Array Technologies, Inc. since May 2016, including Director of Inventory Management, Director of SIOP, and Demand Planning Manager. Prior to this, Ruben worked in supply chain roles at UTC Aerospace Systems from March 2015 to April 2016 and served as Vice President and Operations Manager at Hot Shot Services, Inc. between March 2007 and February 2015. Additionally, Ruben spent over a decade at Intel Corporation as a Commodity Manager, starting in 1994. Ruben is currently pursuing education at the University of Albuquerque, which began in 1985 and continues to the present.
