Joel Hunsberger has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Joel started their career as a Teacher at Belding Public Schools, where they taught High School Band, Physics, and Electronics. Joel also supported SEI/CMM and CMMI-based process development and improvement initiatives.

Joel then joined Parker Hannifin Hydraulics Systems Division in 2007, where they worked as a Software Quality Assurance professional until 2020. Their responsibilities involved ensuring the quality of software products and processes.

Currently, Joel is employed at Array of Engineers as a Consultant specializing in Aerospace Software Quality Assurance. Their tenure at this company started in 2021.
